Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Magnesium Stearate, Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule).
Recommended Dose: For adults, take 1 capsule, 2 times per day orally. To avoid digestive upset, take with food/meal; not to be taken immediately before bedtime.
