Thank you  for purchasing our products at Cictan Health. This return and refund policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or refund on your order. This policy covers our onlines sales.

How many days do I have to return my item?

You have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  And undamaged in any way, your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 10 to 15  business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. We might however delay the refund If we haven't received the item within that time window, or we don't receive evidence that the item was returned.
